The terrace, which is covered by a large bioclimatic pergola, is perfect for relaxing on hot days and enjoying an aperitif in front of enchanting sunsets. To the side of the villa is a gazebo with table, chairs and barbecue where you can enjoy convivial moments in front of the pool and Lake Garda. The basement of the villa contains a large, covered parking area with a charging station for electric cars. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 cars.
